Licences – We will record information in order to track your entitlement to use our software. This information includes your name, your email address, what products you have a licence for and expiry information if appropriate.

Email list – You can subscribe to our email lists. You can unsubscribe via those list emails. We use third parties to manage this process for us. We will also use information about how you interact with these emails in order to ensure they are relevant.

Support and other Enquiries – We will collect and retain communication sent to us and also any technical information you provide in order to resolve issues with our software.

Data Security & Sharing – we use reputable third parties to store our own and customer information. Some of these have data centres in the US.

Age – our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.
